Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy – TrueElegence

At TrueElegence, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the process for returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges for orders placed on our website.


Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

If you receive a wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To raise a request:

  • Submit your request through our website or customer support
  • Provide your order details and contact information
  • Share images or videos of the product, if required

⚠️ Important:

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period may not be eligible.

Step 2: Review of Request

Once your request is submitted:

  • Our team will review and validate the request
  • Verification usually takes up to 2 working days

Step 3: Product Pickup

After approval:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner
  • Self-shipping is not required unless specifically instructed by our support team

Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action

After the returned product reaches our facility:

  • It will undergo a quality inspection
  • Based on inspection and stock availability, we will proceed with:
    • Replacement, or
    • Refund

Replacement & Exchange Process

  • Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled
  • After successful quality inspection, the replacement or exchange will be initiated
  • If the original product is out of stock, you may choose:
    • A full refund, or
    • An exchange for a similar product

Exchange & Replacement Delivery Timeline

  • Dispatch after quality check: 2–3 business days
  • Expected delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Returns / Replacements Not Accepted If:

  • The product is used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing
  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage or missing items are reported after 2 days of delivery

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval

Refund Timelines

  • Cancelled Orders: 3–5 business days
  • Returned Items: 3–5 business days after pickup and quality inspection

Partial Order Returns

  • Eligible items from a single order may be returned individually
  • All return conditions apply to partial returns as well
